Veronica O'Connor

Veronica K. O’Connor, the dedicated Center Administrator for Florida Autism Center in Kissimmee and Lake Mary, Florida. With an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education, complemented by additional credits in Accounting, Business Management, and Marketing, Veronica brings a well-rounded expertise to her position. Specializing in Center Operations, Medical Billing, and Scheduling, she is pivotal in the smooth running of the centers. At the heart of her work philosophy is the desire to support the clinical team in empowering families, helping each child achieve their maximum potential.

Since joining BlueSprig Pediatrics in 2016, Veronica has actively participated in representing the organization at various Autism awareness and local sporting events, showing her commitment to the cause and community engagement. Initially starting on the clinical side as a schoolteacher and Registered Behavior Technician, she has a unique perspective on client care and operational efficiency.

On a personal note, Veronica cherishes her time with her family, being married to her high school sweetheart, and enjoying life with their three wonderful children, a cherished daughter-in-law, and an adorable grandson. A true animal lover, Veronica is always ready to welcome new pets into her home. When she’s not busy with work or family, she can be found indulging in her love for reading at the beach, which she describes as her slice of paradise.
