100%
of assessed domains showed growth on the Vineland-3 following 12 months of services
With measurable progress in key developmental areas, our services help children grow, develop essential skills, and improve daily life at home and in the community.
Our caregivers consistently report that BlueSprig has made a meaningful difference in their child’s life. According to our NPS caregiver survey:
Of caregivers said their child displays less challenging behaviors since starting therapy.
Reported that their child applies skills learned in therapy at home and in the community.
Shared that their child’s communication and social interaction skills have improved.
Feel that their ability to go places with their child has improved.
Testimonials were unsolicited from families no longer receiving services in accordance with the BACB Code of Ethics
Parenting a child with autism can be challenging, but our therapy services help reduce stress levels among caregivers.
Parental stress levels decreased after 6 and 12 months of their child receiving ABA services from BlueSprig.
One of the biggest challenges for many families is managing severe behaviors that can impact safety and daily life for the whole family.
Our evidence-based interventions result in substantial decreases in challenging behaviors, measured from the start of services through client graduation.
Severe behavior reduction data for 2024 graduates of The Behavior Centers (TBCs), BlueSprig’s specialty clinics providing intensive ABA services for individuals of any age impacted by severe behavior. Overall, treatment at TBCs reduced combined forms of severe behavior by 90%. This graph depicts the percentage reduction in each form of referred severe behavior by showing the percentage responding at time of graduation relative to time of admission (i.e., baseline; 100%).
of assessed domains showed increases in growth scale values as measured by the Vineland-3.
Every child’s journey is unique, but the data speaks for itself. After 12 months of ABA therapy, a sample of 582 clients across BlueSprig showed significant improvements across key developmental areas.
The Vineland-3 assesses adaptive behavior in communication, daily living, socialization, and motor skills. Unlike standard scores, Growth Scale Value (GSV) scores provide a clearer picture of progress over time, capturing the gradual improvements expected in ABA therapy. Growth in GSV scores across all domains indicates that ABA therapy had a measurable positive impact on adaptive behavior development and that the therapy is fostering comprehensive progress.
