Tionne Wilson

Tionne began her journey with BlueSprig in May 2023 as a Behavior Technician, quickly advancing to Registered Behavior Technician I to RBT III, then Office Assistant, before stepping into her current role as Center Ops Supervisor in November 2024. Tionne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, and she continues to maintain her RBT certification.
With a strong passion for helping children with autism, Tionne works primarily with clients ages 2–18. She finds her greatest fulfillment in seeing clients graduate from services and in welcoming new staff into the clinic. Her commitment to early intervention stems from a desire to help children build meaningful skills during a time when their growth and development are most critical. She is especially focused on supporting transitions into less restrictive environments, promoting independence and confidence.
Tionne is known for going the extra mile not only for the children and families she serves but also for the staff she mentors and supports. Her approachable leadership style, attention to detail, and heartfelt investment in those around her set her apart. Outside of work, Tionne enjoys roller skating, Yoga and teaching American Sign Language ASL, three creative outlets that reflect her love of movement, language, and connection.
