New hire and Ongoing Training

Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) New Hire Training

At BlueSprig, we value high quality ABA above all. For our staff to provide the highest level of quality services to our clients, we ensure that our Behavior Technicians have access to the industry’s best training. BlueSprig offers an incredible internal RBT training path that fulfills BACB requirements to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The RBT is a credential offered by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) that ensures the knowledge and understanding of an individual who is utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices in their profession.

BlueSprig includes all areas relevant to the BACB’s requirements and includes additional content around application of the skills and knowledge at BlueSprig. We utilize a blended learning approach to this content including e-learning, synchronous webinar training, and hands on training with clients.

Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) Ongoing Training

The RBT credential does not require Continuing education credits, however we continue to offer professional development opportunities for our RBTs throughout their tenure with BlueSprig. We offer additional training opportunities to RBTs for their career path. RBTs additionally receive ongoing monthly supervision and feedback from BCBAs within their center to continue to improve their skills and service delivery.
