New Hire Training

At BlueSprig, we value high quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) above all. For our staff to provide the highest level of quality services to our clients, our clinicians have access to the industry’s best training. Our RBTs and BCBAs are credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), which ensures their knowledge and understanding of ABA practices.

for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians:

  • Instruction on using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques at BlueSprig
  • Application of therapeutic skills and knowledge
  • Blended learning model that includes e-learning, synchronous webinars, and hands-on training with clients
  • Instruction on BACB requirements for BTs and RBTs

for Board Certified Behavior Analysts:

  • 4-week Clinical Cohorts program followed by 3-6 month individualized training plans
  • Applying ABA therapy skills at BlueSprig through formal, social, and self-directed training
  • Blended learning model that includes e-learning, synchronous webinars, and hands-on training with clients
