If a current center employee refers a BCBA and credits the given employee with the referral, BSP will:
• Pay the referring center employee a $2,000 referral bonus on the referred employees first day of work.
• The bonus can only be earned by current center employees and can only be earned for referred BCBAs, listed with the BACB.
• Re-hires are highly encouraged and will qualify. We welcome BlueSprig alumni and ex-staff members in good standing, or friends at other ABA companies.

Earn a $5,000 bonus when you refer to one of the following locations:

East:

• Stockbridge, GA
• Macon, GA

Central:

• The Woodlands, TX
• Pearland, TX
• Magnolia, TX
• Central Dallas, TX
• Pearland, TX

West:

• Aurora, CO

If a current employee refers an RBT and credits the given employee with the referral, BSP will:
• Pay the referring employee a $600 referral bonus on the referred employees first day of work.
• Re-hires are highly encouraged and will qualify. We welcome BlueSprig alumni and ex-staff members in good standing, or friends at other ABA companies.

If a current employee refers a BT and credits the given employee with the referral, BSP will:
• Pay the referring employee a $300 referral bonus, of which, $200 will be paid once the referred BT becomes an RBT and $100 will be paid after the RBT has been certified for 30 days.
