About
Tremisha has been making a difference in the lives of children with autism and their families since 2015, when she began her journey in applied behavior analysis as a direct care worker in a group home setting. Early in her career, Tremisha discovered a passion for helping individuals develop meaningful skills and supporting families in creating lasting, positive change. Her diverse experiences across the field have continued to shape her commitment to compassionate, individualized care.
After earning her bachelor’s degree in Exceptional Student Education from Florida International University, Tremisha continued her professional development at the Florida Institute of Technology as she pursued her goal of becoming a behavior analyst. She currently attends the University of West Florida to further her education in Applied Behavior Analysis. Throughout her academic and professional journey, Tremisha has remained dedicated to evidence-based practice and to making ABA services meaningful and accessible to the children and families she serves.
Tremisha joins the BlueSprig team with extensive experience providing services across a variety of settings, including group homes, residential facilities, schools, homes, and clinic-based settings. She has developed a particular passion for early intervention and working with young children in a clinic setting. Tremisha values collaboration with caregivers, educators, and treatment team members and is passionate about helping families understand and apply behavioral principles in their everyday lives.
In her free time, Tremisha enjoys traveling, especially returning to her home island of Jamaica, where she loves spending time in the water and making memories with friends and family. She also enjoys discovering new restaurants throughout Dallas and embracing new experiences in Texas.
