Tiana Moorer

Tiana Moorer is the Clinical Director at BlueSprig Pediatrics, bringing years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, she graduated from Berea College and went on to pursue her master’s degree in ABA at the University of Cincinnati. Tiana began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), progressing through the internship program at BlueSprig to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and eventually Clinical Director.

Tiana was first introduced to the field of behavioral health during her internship at the Tennessee State Health Department. Her journey began in a residential setting serving adolescents with intellectual disabilities. Seeking to deepen her understanding, she transitioned into a therapeutic environment, where she developed a strong passion for individualized care. With a deep commitment to honoring each client’s needs, Tiana enjoys collaborating with families and other providers to develop comprehensive, well-rounded care. She is passionate about incorporating alternative modes of communication within treatment and throughout the center to ensure clients have meaningful ways to communicate. Outside of work, Tiana enjoys creative outlets and growing her ever-expanding collection of mugs.
