Tiana Moorer

Tiana Moorer is the Clinical Director at BlueSprig Pediatrics in Franklin. She has worked in Applied Behavior Analysis for 6 years and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for 3 years.

Tiana began her ABA career in Kentucky as a Registered Behavior Technician and advanced through BlueSprig’s internship program to become a BCBA and Clinical Director of the Georgetown center. After relocating to Tennessee, she served as a Senior Clinical Supervisor at the Smyrna center and later became a Regional Support BCBA supporting both Smyrna and Franklin. She has now transitioned into the Center Director role at the Franklin center.

Tiana particularly enjoys working with children ages 2–6 because this developmental period provides meaningful opportunities to develop foundational communication, reciprocal play skills, social engagement, and curiosity. She values partnering with families, physicians, and other providers to create coordinated, individualized care that supports the whole child. She is also passionate about incorporating alternative modes of communication to ensure every child has an effective and meaningful way to communicate.

Outside of work, Tiana enjoys pottery, exploring coffee shops, watching sports, training for half marathons, and growing her ever-expanding mug collection.
