Rachel Huckfeldt, MS, BCAB, LBA

Rachel Huckfeldt (she/her) earned her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.  She is currently the Director of Instructional Design and Implementation at BlueSprig Pediatrics. Before moving into the learning and development arena, Rachel provided ABA services to individuals on the autism spectrum as a technician, BCBA, and Center/Regional Director. Rachel is passionate about learning and exploring ways to improve employee performance by leveraging technology and motivation to ensure that people have both the ability and will to access the right training, at the right time, in the right way. She is part of a team who embrace the idea that building clinicians’ (and support staff) skills is at the heart of changing the world for people with autism as demonstrated by creating and implementing successful training programs for RBTs, those pursuing BCBA certification, and new BCBA supervisors. Rachel lives in New Orleans, Louisiana.
