About
As Vice President of Payor Relations, Michael leads the development of payor strategy and partnerships for BlueSprig, shaping the contracts, collaborations, and market development efforts that expand timely access to high-quality ABA services. He and his team partner with clinical, operations, revenue cycle, and market leaders to reduce administrative burden, streamline provider onboarding, and design value-aligned agreements with national and regional health plans. Michael focuses on cultivating strong, trust-based payor relationships that reduce administrative friction, support sustainable reimbursement, and create the foundation for mutually beneficial partnerships. These partnerships are pivotal to establishing agreements that align financial incentives with meaningful outcomes for children and families.

His professional background spans operations, managed-care contracting, and commercial channel development. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University Bloomington. He lives in the Western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and two young children and enjoys getting out on the golf course whenever he can.
