Mia Thompson

Mia Thompson serves as the Operations Manager at the Willoughby Hills Clinic in Ohio! In college She was a double majoring student, obtaining a degree in Health Promotion and Fitness, as well as Health Education from Eastern Michigan University. Immediately following graduation, she pursued a career in population health where she became the first senior account executive in Ohio, educating her community about health disparities and growing local doctors’ patient panels. One of her passions is providing individuals with resources and helping them gain access to the care that they need and rightfully deserve.

In 2021, she continued her passion of helping others, but this time for children with autism. She believes that it is her duty to deliver the best possible services to the clients and their families by treating them with respect, actively listen to them, and communicate effectively so that the clinical operations run smoothly. Mia is the Ohio state ambassador for the advocacy committee where she gets the opportunity to increase awareness, advocate, and influence policy change for children with autism. She is also the Sprig-Influencer for the Willoughby Hills location on Instagram @Theabalifestyle where she promotes awareness and a snapshot of the fun that happens in the center.

Beyond her professional endeavors, she takes pride in being a family woman. She is the youngest of her parents 7 children and enjoys being an aunt to her nieces and nephew. She states that she comes from a family full of love and wants everyone she encounters to feel the support and care that she experienced growing up. Working at BlueSprig, has made this easy for her!
