Center Operations Supervisor

Leilani Shulterbrandt

About

My name is Leilani, but I go by Lani in the center. I am currently pursuing a degree in Psychology to become a BCBA myself. I actually did not know what ABA was, but when I first applied to the LM center in 2022 to become an RBT, I fell in love with the practice and it has helped me in deciding that I want to build a career through ABA. I still maintain my RBT credentials as an Operations supervisor. I am extremely passionate about advocating for those who may not be able to as I have many close individuals, both family and friends, in my life on the spectrum. I have always been interested in learning what a facility needs in order to run smoothly so being able to learn the ins and outs has been very exciting. Outside of work, I am in school, but I also love spending time with my partner on my free time. I love learning more about my own cultural background. My home is my safe space to recoup and reenergize when I’m not working and get to do creative hobbies. I love the aesthetics of life- taking photos of nature and all the small things we tend to overlook. My motto is to try to be present and find gratitude in the things around me, and I try my best to share that with my team since our job can be heavy at times.
