Kelly has been working in the field of Autism and Developmental Disabilities for 28 years and has been a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst for nearly 21 years. She is a published author of Social Skills Solutions: A Hands-on Manual and her new book, The Group Experience. Kelly is an
Early Start Denver Model Certified Therapist and a PEERS Certified Therapist. She also hosts a podcast, A 25-Year Look Across the Spectrum on Spotify, where she discusses autism and ABA.
She has written blogs for Autism Speaks and published papers on oral health and autism, including a recent publication in the Journal of Pediatrics. Kelly currently works at Easterseals Southern California and was previously volunteer faculty at UCI’s Autism Center and an adjunct
professor at Chapman University. Kelly co-founded New Vista School for children on the autism spectrum, as well as Spirit League, a sports league for children with autism. She also co-founded
the September 26th Project for safety awareness in the autism community and contributed to CASP’s Organizational Guidelines for ABA Companies. Kelly has presented at numerous conferences across the country.
