Kayla Eddings serves as the Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at BlueSprig Pediatrics in Fairview Heights. She brings over eight years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with a dedicated focus on supporting children with Autism through evidence-based, individualized care.
Kayla specializes in behavior analytic science, data-driven decision-making, early intervention, and the implementation of high clinical standards across interdisciplinary care teams. Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, a Master of Arts in Human Services from Webster University, and a Master of Arts in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.
