Hayley Wray

Hayley Wray, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is a distinguished Center Administrator at BlueSprig located in Smyrna and Murfreesboro, TN. She brings a rich educational background with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and a Graduate Degree in Special Education, augmented by a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. Hayley is recognized for her clinical expertise as a BCBA, particularly in early intervention, functional communication training, assessments, food selectivity, and IEP/special education laws, across various settings including schools, clinics, homes, and communities for children aged 2-16. Operationally, as the Center Administrator, she excels in scheduling, hiring, insurance authorizations, and managing a culturally diverse team, all while fostering a positive work environment through creative staff acknowledgements and proactive team member engagements.

Hayley’s client care philosophy revolves around the individualization of programming and care, incorporating client and family interests, and cultural considerations to enhance care plans. She emphasizes the importance of staying abreast with current research, fostering continuous learning, and ensuring collaboration with other service providers for comprehensive care.

A proactive member of the Tennessee Association for Behavior Analysis and an advocate for behavior analysis in Tennessee, Hayley is dedicated to her professional growth and contributions to the field. Outside of her professional life, Hayley enjoys spending time outdoors, exercising, and gardening, cultivating a variety of fruits and vegetables which she loves sharing with friends and family. She is also a culinary enthusiast, often experimenting with new recipes using her garden’s produce. Additionally, her two energetic doodles keep her life full of joy and activity, underscoring her love for animals and the outdoors.
