About

I am a Clinical Director with over eight years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Biology and dual Master’s degrees in Education and Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I focus on trauma-assumed care, skill development, and delivering meaningful clinical outcomes for the individuals and families I serve.

In my role, I lead a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs and RBTs, overseeing all clinical operations within the center. I take a collaborative, hands-on approach to leadership by guiding treatment planning, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality, ethical care across all programs. I manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, client intake, and clinical meetings, while also maintaining a clinical caseload that includes direct assessment, treatment, supervision, and parent training.

I am passionate about fostering a positive, growth-oriented culture grounded in safety, kindness, integrity, and continuous learning. I partner closely with leadership and recruiting teams to support staffing needs, while mentoring clinicians and creating development opportunities across all levels. My leadership approach emphasizes data-driven decision-making, proactive problem-solving, and empowering both staff and clients to reach their highest potential.

What I enjoy most about my role is helping others grow. I love supporting staff as they step outside of their comfort zones and celebrating the progress and joy experienced by the clients in my care. I value the meaningful connections built within the center and the positive impact created through compassion, hard work, and dedication.

Outside of work, I am a dedicated plant enthusiast with a collection of over 200 plants, and I enjoy spending time with my two horses, Sandra and Xena.
