Cierra has been dedicated to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2012, earning her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2014. She has experience working across diverse environments, including community settings, in-home services, schools, and clinic-based programs.
Throughout her career, Cierra has worked with clients ranging from age 2 to 22, bringing a wide range of expertise and adaptability to meet each individual’s unique needs. She has a particular passion for feeding and tolerance-based interventions, finding immense satisfaction in seeing the positive transformations these interventions bring to her clients and their families.
Cierra believes strongly in a collaborative and parent-involved approach, knowing that it not only enriches her clients’ lives but also fosters lasting impact within families. Her energy and commitment shine through in every interaction, making her a valued partner in each client’s journey.
