Emily Grace

About
Emily is in her fourth year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and brings experience working in both school and clinic settings. She began her career working with Rutherford County Schools, where she gained valuable experience supporting students and collaborating with school teams. This background has given her a well-rounded perspective on how behavioral support can be incorporated into a child’s everyday environment, both inside and outside of the clinic. Emily also attended Vanderbilt University and continues to expand her knowledge in the field as she pursues her Doctorate of Philosophy at Tennessee Technological University.
While Emily enjoys working with learners across a variety of age groups, she has a particular passion for working with older learners, especially children ages 6 and up.
One of Emily’s favorite aspects of her work is partnering with families. She is passionate about equipping caregivers with the guidance, tools, and support they need to confidently generalize skills beyond therapy while building their own confidence and capacity to support their child’s growth and independence.
Outside of work, Emily is a big fan of reality TV and game shows and has a personal goal of competing on Survivor one day! She brings that same curiosity, energy, and enthusiasm to her work with learners, families, and her team.
We’re thrilled to welcome Emily to BlueSprig and look forward to the experience, passion, and family-centered perspective she brings to our team!
