Dillon Jones
About
Dillon serves as the Center Operations Supervisor, bringing a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational aspects of ABA services. Dillon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a focus on adolescent and child development from Eastern Kentucky University.
Dillon’s tenure with BlueSprig began in as a Behavior Technician. He quickly became the Lead RBT for the Lexington center until 2023 in which he transitioned to center operations.
Dillon’s area of expertise lies in staff management, scheduling, interviewing/onboarding new staff, document management., and the clients it serves, for long-term success.
His client care philosophy is rooted in his clinical experience as a former RBT. He believes that the key successful intervention is to build strong rapport between clients, clinicians and families. Dillon is committed to the notion that “different” doesn’t mean “worse” and that neurodiversity is something to be celebrated.
