Danielle is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst who serves as the Clinical Director at BlueSprig in Lexington, Kentucky, showing over 14 years of dedication to the Lexington center. With a robust background in providing direct services, mentorship, consultation, and training to staff, caregivers, and teachers, Danielle embodies a commitment to excellence in the care of learners and their families.

Her academic journey includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a certificate in autism spectrum disorder from the University of Kentucky. Continuously advancing her expertise, she pursued post-baccalaureate coursework in Special Education and actively engages in ongoing accredited continuing education to better serve clients and stakeholders. In addition to her Clinical Director role at BlueSprig in Lexington, Danielle currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee for the Kentucky Association of Behavior Analysis.

When not immersed in her professional pursuits, Danielle enjoys spending time outdoors, often accompanied by her dog. She finds joy in gardening, indulging in creative hobbies, and discovering new games to play with her family.

Danielle loves watching learners grow their confidence, independence, and relationships, as well as celebrating their creativity and personalities. She fervently advocates for teaching self-advocacy skills and delivering ethical, consented intervention. Danielle is also passionate about helping learners access effective mode(s) of communication through collaboration with other service providers and their families. She is dedicated to advancing the field and highly invested in providing mentorship and fostering supportive and collaborative environments that cultivate professional growth and enhance client outcomes.
