Courtney Kruis

Courtney Kruis serves as the Center Administrator for BlueSprig Pediatrics at both the St. Louis, MO and Fairview Heights, IL locations. She holds a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Missouri (Mizzou), and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

With a strong background in operations and scheduling, Courtney plays a key role in ensuring that clinicians are equipped with the tools and support they need to deliver high-quality services to the families we serve. Her expertise helps maintain smooth and efficient clinic operations, supporting both team members and clients alike.

Courtney’s care philosophy centers on compassion and kindness. She is committed to celebrating each client’s individuality while helping to teach skills that empower them in their everyday lives.

Deeply engaged in her community, Courtney volunteers with The Outreach House, which provides essential resources to underprivileged families. She also helps coordinate biannual blood drives to support local healthcare needs. At the center, she champions fun, safe, and enriching activities for clients—including trunk-or-treat events, water play days, and themed activities that foster engagement and joy.

Outside of work, Courtney is an avid reader and enthusiastic traveler. She has a background in competitive dance, with 15 years of experience, and remains passionate about collegiate dance competitions, particularly the UDA Nationals.
