About

Chloe has been changing the world for children with autism since 2014. Her journey began as a camp counselor working at nonprofit for individuals with special needs, where she helped kids and young adults with community outings, job skills, and building daily living routines to promote independence. In 2016, she began her undergrad in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of North Texas and shortly after became a Registered Behavior Technician. During COVID, she started her masters in the field at the University of Texas at Austin and begun working at BlueSprig providing in-home and in-clinic support to clients and their families. In 2023, she finished her internship and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In 2025, she graduated with her doctorate from the University of North Texas where she pursued most of her research in advocation for children diagnosed with autism, BCBAs, and RBTs. Additionally, she pursued research in the areas of twice exceptional children, least restrictive environments, and the bridging the gap between education and private therapy.

Chloe joins the BlueSprig team with a open heart and passion for supporting the whole family. Her special interests in ABA include increasing functional communication, supporting functional alternative behaviors in order to decrease behaviors that provide barriers to learning, family guidance, and increasing integration and awareness for the families she works with.

In her free time, Chloe loves to try new coffee shops, workout, and cook. She is also a world traveler and enjoys spending time with people from different places and backgrounds. When Chloe is at home, you can expect to find her with a good book, a self-care face mask, and coffee in hand!
