Cheryl Maddox, BS, HR, currently serves as the Operations Manager at the Florida Autism Center in Saint Augustine, FL. With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Park University, Cheryl brings a wealth of expertise to her role, specializing in the efficient and effective management of the center’s daily operations. Her responsibilities include overseeing staff, scheduling, ensuring regulatory compliance, and creating a positive work environment. Cheryl is committed to treating every child and family with utmost respect and dignity, which mirrors her client care philosophy.

Outside her operational duties, Cheryl is deeply engaged in community activities, striving to create a supportive atmosphere through organizing staff celebrations for birthdays and anniversaries, as well as client-centric events such as water play days, graduation ceremonies, and in-center petting zoos, among others. On a personal note, Cheryl is an avid traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures and has visited destinations across the globe, including Turkey, Germany, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan, South Africa, Morocco, France, and Egypt. Her experiences abroad have not only fueled her passion for travel but also enriched her perspective, which she brings into her work and community engagement activities.
