Caleigh Edler M.A., BCBA, LBA serves as the Clinical Director at BlueSprig in Smyrna, TN center, where she employs her extensive education and expertise in the realm of early intervention and child development. Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorders from the University of North Texas, Caleigh specializes in fostering growth in children through a comprehensive approach. Her areas of expertise include teaching language through total communication, assisting children in replacing challenging behaviors with alternative communication methods, enhancing meal-time participation, and providing superior supervision and staff training to uphold the highest care standards. Committed to compassionate Neurodiversity-affirming care, Caleigh’s programming is designed to empower individuals with meaningful self-help and self-advocacy skills, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for both children and caregivers. Outside of her professional endeavors, Caleigh is a certified yoga instructor, a devoted dog mom, and enjoys baking and painting in her leisure time, adding a well-rounded dimension to her vibrant character.
