About
I oversee a caseload of clients and support their progress through a range of clinical responsibilities, including completing behavioral assessments, developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans, and monitoring skill acquisition and behavior data. I implement evidence-based interventions to support both skill development and behavior reduction, while also supervising each client’s team of Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure consistency and quality of care.
My educational background includes a Master of Arts in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for four years, including 10 months as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and over three years as a Registered Behavior Technician. This experience has allowed me to build a strong foundation in both direct care and clinical oversight.
My specialty areas include early intervention, particularly in building communication and school readiness skills, as well as working with toddlers and adolescents. I also have experience supporting individuals with autism who have co-occurring diagnoses such as ADHD, ODD, and emotional dysregulation. My clinical approach incorporates Skill-Based Treatment and trauma-informed care to support meaningful, individualized outcomes.
Outside of work, I am originally from Louisiana and enjoy cooking Southern food. I also love spending time exploring Colorado through road trips and hikes.
My favorite part of my job is being a part of each client’s progress and celebrating every success along the way. Even small steps forward can have a meaningful impact on a client and their family, and it is incredibly rewarding to be part of that journey.
