Anna Bentley, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

As Area Vice President of Operations at BlueSprig Pediatrics, Anna Bentley, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, leads operational performance and high-quality ABA service delivery across the Central area. With 12 years of ABA experience and personal insight from navigating autism with her son, she has a passion for clinical excellence, operational leadership, and scalable systems development.

Anna began her career in leadership roles television news and healthcare public affairs and communication before transitioning to ABA following her son’s diagnosis. She joined BlueSprig in 2024 after serving as Director of Clinical Operations for Metro Dallas.  In that role, she served on the Safeguarding Committee, and contributed to initiatives across clinical services, human resources, payor relations, contracting, and recruiting. Her leadership improved productivity, access to care, clinician retention, and financial performance.

Previously, Anna served in various ABA leadership roles, including as Chief Clinical Officer for a growing local ABA organization, where she built scalable systems for marketing, human resources, training, clinical quality and sustainable growth.

Anna earned a Master of Education from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Oklahoma State University. She lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with her two teenage sons, two cats, and a dog. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and photography.
