Allyson Carneal

About
I’m Allyson Carneal, M.S., BCBA, and a Clinical Supervisor with four years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Research from Christian Brothers University and my master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorder from Capella University. In my role, I take a compassionate, collaborative, and individualized approach to supporting clients, families, and clinical teams. I maintain my own clinical caseload and work closely with the RBTs supporting my clients, providing guidance, treatment planning, assessment, parent training, staff training, and ongoing problem-solving to ensure the care we provide is meaningful and functional in each client’s everyday life. My experience includes early intervention, school readiness, skill acquisition, behavior reduction, functional assessment, communication and AAC, severe behavior, and trauma-assumed care. I’m passionate about seeing the whole person, building meaningful relationships, and helping clients develop the skills and confidence to reach their potential. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is training and mentoring the next generation of professionals in our field—I love helping staff step outside of their comfort zones, discover their strengths, and grow into confident and compassionate practitioners. Outside of work, I love enjoying every season in the mountains, whether I’m snowboarding in the winter or hiking in the warmer months.
