BlueSprig believes in community activation through partnerships with organizations to provide resources and support to all families. The BlueSprig, Cameron location partnered with the Saleeby Family YMCA for a family fun fall festival night on October 6, 2022. The event was a huge success, with nearly 20 families in attendance and the chance to engage with over 30 young children.
This event was filled with sensory-friendly games, activities, and light refreshments for the entire family to enjoy. The Cameron team was available all evening to answer specific questions related to ABA therapy, such as the onboarding process, assessments, and the scheduling of services. While the event was hosted at the YMCA, the center was open, and the staff was available to escort families across the street for private tours.
This was the first-ever event partnership between the center and the YMCA. The local team will continue monthly and quarterly partnerships to be engaged with families in the local community who may need ABA therapy services. “We are excited to have the opportunity to be visible advocates for change and provide knowledge and services to our small town,” said Savanna Phillips, the Operations Manager at BlueSprig Cameron.
