What is a BCBA?

A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. Professionals certified at the BCBA level provide behavior analysis services. Per the the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB), BCBAs may supervise the work of Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other professionals who implement behavior-analytic interventions. Your Role as a BCBA at BlueSprig

As a BCBA, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership, providing clinical oversight to clients who are receiving 1:1 ABA therapy. Our BCBAs provide support to clients and their families by coordinating functional analysis assessments, implementation of behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, along with teaching adaptive life skills.
