What is a BCBA?
Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) have achieved a graduate-level certification in behavior analysis. At BlueSprig, BCBAs lead teams of behavior technicians, create behavior intervention plans, and work with parents and physicians to provide tailored support for each child. BCBAs supervise other members of their team, including Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other professionals.

Your Role as a BCBA at BlueSprig
BCBAs are an integral part of center leadership, providing clinical oversight to the technicians that provide ABA therapy treatment for our clients. Our BCBAs support clients and their families by coordinating functional analysis assessments, implementing behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and teaching adaptive life skills.
