Employee Spotlight – Michelle Sauer

BlueSprig December 13, 2022

Florida Autism Center, a division of BlueSprig, is honored to have such driven employees who help reach our mission of changing the world for children with autism. We strive to give back to our employees by creating an environment for them to grow within a career they are passionate about.

In this week’s employee spotlight, we are featuring Michelle Sauer, the Center Director at FAC Clermont. Since she first began working at FAC, Michelle has been driven to make a difference in the lives of those she works with and the clients she serves. Michelle started with our company 4 years ago as an assistant analyst. Through hard work and determination, she has worked up to becoming a center director and having a positive impact on the communities in which she serves!

Starting off her career as an assistant analyst gave her the opportunity to have a mentor, which allowed her to gain an even deeper understanding of the treatment plans and goals for the clients and families we serve. One of her favorite things about working for FAC is the collaboration between all departments and the confidence she has in knowing someone is always there to help when needed.

Seeing the progress and growth of the clients and staff is what drives her to be a leader in her community and center. Recently, Michelle helped grow a new market as the Center Director in Kissimmee, Florida. “I was very excited about taking the role at a new location in Kissimmee because I liked the idea of growing a new location from the ground up. I was really proud of myself because I helped grow this location in 5 months and now, they will have a center opening in early spring,” Michelle states.

Our BlueSprig values are illustrated by Michelle’s compassion for creating a positive work environment for all employees. Her leadership ensures that the culture of the center reinforces the goal of making sure clients make progress, and the families are on board and able to continue the progress at home. Michelle, thank you for being such a dedicated leader for Florida Autism Center. We are honored to have you as a part of the FAC team!
