Sara Gaines

Sara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with more than 10 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Psychology and has worked with individuals across a wide range of ages, abilities, and support needs.

Sara is passionate about providing compassionate, individualized ABA services that support the whole person. She believes therapy should be meaningful, respectful, and centered on each individual’s strengths, interests, and goals. Through assent-based practices, she works to create an environment where her clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to participate in their care.

Partnering with families and caregivers is one of Sara’s favorite parts of her work. She values the essential role they play in their child’s progress and enjoys collaborating on practical strategies that fit their everyday lives. Her goal is to make ABA a positive experience that helps each individual build skills and succeed beyond therapy.
