Shannon Cartmell

Shannon (Hemmerle) Cartmell brings over two decades of expertise in operations and management within the healthcare sector to her role as the Center Administrator for BSP Tucson, BSP Gilbert, TBH Gilbert, and TBH Ahwatukee TBC. With a solid educational background, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Grand Canyon University and is currently advancing her expertise through the MS Applied Behavior Analysis program at Capella University. Shannon is deeply involved in her community, serving as the outreach coordinator for various centers, where she plays a pivotal role in community events and fostering in-office relationships. Beyond her professional contributions, Shannon is active in volunteer work, from serving on her youngest child’s school parent board to supporting local initiatives such as the Butterfly Wonderland and St. Mary’s Foodbank. She is passionate about being a voice for those who cannot advocate for themselves.

Outside of her professional life and community engagement, Shannon enjoys exploring Arizona with her husband in their travel trailer, visiting local wineries and vineyards. She is a proud mother of four children and a pet parent to Betty, a fluffy 90-pound fur baby. Shannon’s hobbies include gardening, reading a wide array of stories, and she harbors an excitement for international travel, with Ireland being the first destination on her list. Her diverse interests and dedication to both her career and community make her a multifaceted individual committed to making a positive impact in every area of her life.
