Kelsie Webb, M.A., BCBA, LBA, is the dedicated Clinical Director at BlueSprig in Murfreesboro, TN. With a Master of Special Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Keiser University, Kelsie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She is particularly passionate about employing a total communication approach for her clients, utilizing a variety of methods such as vocal language, ASL, PECS, and voice output devices. Additionally, Kelsie is adept in applying Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques and is committed to working with individuals of all ages. Her expertise extends to conducting staff trainings and enhancing systems to boost staff fidelity.

Kelsie’s client care philosophy centers on teaching self-advocacy and promoting independence among children with autism, while supporting their families with empathy and collaboration. In the community, she is enthusiastic about using organizational behavior management strategies to foster a positive workplace environment and strengthen teamwork among staff. Kelsie takes great joy in reinforcing her team, especially the foundational RBTs, through team-building activities.

When not making a profound impact in her professional sphere, Kelsie enjoys horseback riding, hiking, engaging in puzzles, attending music festivals and concerts, camping, and spending quality time with her husband and dog. She is excitedly anticipating the arrival of her first baby, a boy, due on August 12th, marking a new chapter in her fulfilling life.
