BlueSprig May 26, 2022

At the heart of BlueSprig is the people we serve and the amazing team members who make our mission a reality. Our team is filled with community advocates on a mission to ensure that families are not only receiving the services they need, but that therapy is done in the most compassionate way at the highest standards for care.

Rebecca WomackThis week, we are focusing our employee spotlight on BlueSprig’s Vice President of Clinical Standards, Rebecca Womack. Rebecca’s passions shine through advocating for those who can’t advocate for themselves, or who may not have the resources to do so alone. Rebecca also works on behalf of military families by being a part of organizations that allow her to communicate with key legislative stakeholders in congress regarding the delivery of services and challenges being experienced by the TRICARE Policy.

“I think the heart of what I do comes down to speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves. Whether it is through advocacy or creating standards, I am grateful to have a job where I can work with like-minded people who are focused on ensuring that whatever we’re doing, we are creating a better place for those who can’t speak up for themselves,” said Rebecca.

Rebecca has been a board member of several organizations such as OKABA and the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts. She currently serves on the Council of Autism Service Provider’s (CASP) Public Policy Committee. She recently received the 2022 CASP Mission Award for her service to the industry and fulfilling the CASP mission.

It is enthusiastic individuals like Rebecca who continue to drive change in our communities and be a leader for excellence in the industry. We are honored to have her as a part of the BlueSprig Team!
