Today we spotlight Mary Robles, Senior Operations Manager at BlueSprig Katy South. Mary has been at this location for 8 years and exemplifies the best qualities of BlueSprig employees by being a hard worker, a devoted team member and having a passion for making a difference in the lives of her team and the clients they serve. Her time with the company has made her thankful to be able to support families and make a positive impact on her local community through ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy.
Mary began her career with BlueSprig in 2015 as a receptionist without any previous experience with ABA therapy. Over the past 8 years, Mary consistently worked hard and earned multiple promotions that have led her to her current position as Senior Operations Manager. She has committed herself to growing in her career while focusing on how she can better serve her clients and her team. She credits her growth within the company to her support system in the center being “like a second home” to her and to her local leadership team for always being available to support her with anything she needs.
“This is like my second home. Everyone is extremely helpful here. If I reach out, they always ask how they can help me,” said Mary. “There is a lot of flexibility. My family is especially important to me and so the fact I can prioritize family on the weekend or pick up my kids from school is great. It gives me time to get my job done while also having the flexibility of being a mom and taking care of my family.”
Mary’s passion for her team shines through in every conversation she has. She exemplifies our BlueSprig value of being passionate and compassionate whether she is working with a family or celebrating a team member.
